According to court documents, officers from Martin County Schools Police Department executed a search warrant at Smokinโ Hott Novelties & More in Inez on January 16.

Man sentenced in theft by unlawful taking case
MARTIN COUNTY, Ky. (WYMT) - One Eastern Kentucky man was sentenced to three years in prison after police said he stole a pickup truck from a funeral home in Martin County. According to an indictment, Marcus Thompson, 27, of Lawrence County, committed the offense of theft by unlawful taking - more than $10,000 after he took a Ford F-250 from Callahan Funeral Home in Inez.
